Learned APP for the State submits that SI Rakesh Yadav, Spl. Cell, Janakpuri, who is present in Court today, informs that the applicant-Hardesh @ Sonu has already been arrested by Crime Branch on 22.01.2026 and, thereafter, the custody was handed over to them and they have produced him before the concerned Magisterial Court, and even police remand was taken. 2.

The abovesaid applicant is now in judicial custody since 25.01.2026. 3.

The present application seeks relief of anticipatory bail. 4.

However, in view of the abovesaid development, the present application has become infructuous.

Present petition is, therefore, disposed of as having become infructuous.
