The present petition under Section 483(3) of the BNSS seeks the following prayers:

"a. Set aside the impugned order bail dated 13.10.2023 passed by the Ld. ASJ, Link Judge, Sh. Manish Yudhvanshi, West District, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi granting bail to accused/Respondent. b. Direct the concerned authorities to take the accused/Respondent in to custody immediately to prevent further interference with the judicial process in FIR no. 1196/2023.

c. Pass any other order(s) that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."
