% 22.01.2020 The status report under the signatures of the SHO concerned has been submitted on behalf of the State, which indicates that the minor child of the applicant was taken to GB Pant Hospital for his examination on 20.01.2020 with it having been reported by the doctors that the patient does not require any surgery presently, though, conservative treatment was advised. The copy of the status report dated 21.01.2020 has been supplied to the petitioner. To put up at 12:30 PM.

At 12.30 PM As observed hereinabove, the minor child of the petitioner is repeatedly suffering from continuous headaches and though, it has

been reported by GB Pant Institute that there is no surgery required presently and conservative management has been advised with it inter alia having been reported that there is cyst on the brain as well as a fissure.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has previously also been granted interim bail vide order dated 10.07.2019 by the learned Trial Court and that the petitioner had not misused the liberty. In the interest of justice, the petitioner is allowed to be released on interim bail for a period of 10 days from the date of his release on filing of his bail bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court with directions that he shall not leave the city and shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail, Delhi on the 10th day of his release on interim bail.

The application stands disposed of.
