% 16.03.2020 Present petition is filed under section 439 Cr.P.C. read with section 482 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in pursuance to FIR No.313/2019, registered at Police Station Burari for the offence punishable under section 308/34 IPC.

In view of the serious allegations in the present FIR and the fact that the injured received head injury due to which he has become paralysed, accordingly, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
