% 18.02.2020 In as much as, it has been submitted on behalf of the respondent nos. 2 to 4 that the petitioner has been granted bail vide order dated 11.09.2019 of the Court of the learned CMM, PHC, New Delhi wherein there are specific directions to the petitioner to join the investigation of the case qua which it has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner by the learned senior counsel that the petitioner undertakes to join the investigation in terms of directions dated 11.09.2019.

In as much as, it has been submitted on behalf of either side that the aspect that has been challenged through the present petition qua the investigations being conducted by the respondent nos. 2 to 4 being

an infringement of Article 21 of the Constitution is already pending and subjudice before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in "UOI Vs. Sapna Jain" in SLP (CRL.) 4322-4324/2019, on behalf of the petitioner, the petition is sought to be withdrawn seeking liberty to seek redressal after adjudication of the matter by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, if required. The petition is thus dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted, as prayed with directions to the petitioner to adhere to and comply with bail conditions as imposed vide order dated 11.09.2019.
