Learned counsel for the respondents appears on advance notice and submits that without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondent-bank, let the petitioner Mr. Ashok Kumar report to Mr. Devesh Kumar Bajpai, Chief Manager, Zonal Office, Union Bank of India at Unit No. 602 A, Tower-B, Konnectus, Bhav Bhuti Marg, Opp. New Delhi Railway Station, Ajmeri Gate, New Delhi along with requisite documents including his valid driving license and it will be ensured that he is given appropriate duty as a driver.
