An FIR bearing No.0251/2025, dated 11.05.2025 filed under Section 365 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, has been registered at Police Station K.N. Katju Marg, Delhi, in respect of the missing person. 2.

Learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that the missing person has not been traced as yet and all possible efforts are being made. 3.

In view thereof, the IO/SHO concerned is directed to submit a report regarding tracing of the missing girl before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of two weeks from today, and thereafter to file a report regarding the search for the missing person at regular intervals of every two months.
