% 28.07.2016 This anticipatory bail application was filed by the applicant in January 2013. He was granted interim protection. In terms of the order, he has joined investigation. On the basis of the investigation conducted, the charge sheet has been filed. Consequently, there is no need for custodial interrogation of the applicant. Accordingly, the present application is allowed.

In case of his arrest, the applicant shall be released on bail upon furnishing of personal bond with one surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. The same is subject to the condition that that he shall not contact or influence any of the prosecution witnesses. He

shall not leave the country without prior permission of the Trial Court. He shall deposit his passport, if issued, before the Trial Court. Dasti.
