% 23.12.2019 Petitioner is the mother-in-law of respondent No.3/complainant at whose instance FIR No. 315/2019, under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC has been registered at police station Ashok Nagar, Delhi and vide this petition, petitioner is seeking a direction to the Investigating Officer to await for the outcome of settlement of 30th August, 2019 reached between her son and respondent No.3/ daughter-in-law. Upon notice, counsel appearing on behalf of respondent/State on instructions from Investigating Officer of this case submits that petitioner is not required for investigation.
