This petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the Order dated 31.05.2024 passed by the respondent no. 3, reducing his pay without issuing any show cause notice or giving reasons for the same.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has also made a Representation dated 04.06.2024 in this regard to the respondents, however, has not received any response thereto. 3.
Issue notice.

Notice is accepted by Mr. Gaurav Sharma, the learned counsel on behalf of the respondents.

Keeping in view the nature of the averments made in this petition, specifically on the fact that no show cause notice was issued The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. to the petitioner before reducing his pay nor any reasons supplied to him for the same, and his representation has also not been responded to, we direct the respondents to decide his representation and give reasons to the petitioner for reducing his pay, within a period of six weeks from today.

In case the petitioner is aggrieved of the reasons supplied to him, it shall be open to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law. In case the respondents reach the conclusion that the pay of the petitioner was wrongly reduced, they shall release the differential amount to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today.
