% 09.11.2017 The counsel for the appellant submits, on instructions, that he may be allowed to withdraw the present appeal.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

By order dated 11.01.2012, the insurance company had been directed to deposit the entire awarded amount with UCO bank, Delhi High Court Branch, New Delhi. In terms of order dated 23.11.2012, Rs. 1,00,000/- out of such deposit was permitted to be released to the claimants in terms of the judgment of the Tribunal. Registry shall now ensure release of the balance to the claimants in terms of the judgment of the Tribunal. The statutory deposit shall be refunded.
