Learned ASC for the State submits that out of the subject complaint case, FIR No. 108/2026 has already been registered by PS Sagarpur and chargesheet also has been filed. Apparently, that is the reason, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner on last two consecutive dates as well as today.

Under these circumstances, the writ petition and the accompanying application are dismissed.
