% 12.03.2020 This bail application is filed by the petitioner for grant of bail on medical reasons of his son. The interim bail has been rejected by the learned Sessions Court vide order dated 25.09.2019. The accused has been convicted under Section 302/120B/201 Indian Penal Code, 1860 P.S. Defence Colony.

The report of SHO, Defence Colony has been perused. It is stated that the wife of the accused is there and she takes care for the treatment of son. Considering the nature of the offence, at this stage, no ground for interim bail is made out.

The bail application is accordingly dismissed. YOGESH KHANNA, J.
