A Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the Summoning Order dated 03.12.2021 of the learned M.M under Section 204 Cr.P.C for the offence of defamation. 2.

The Summoning Order was dated 03.12.2021 while the present Writ Petition has been filed on 08.12.2022 i.e. after almost an year. Moreover, there is an alternate efficacious remedy to challenge this Order of Revisional Court of learned ASJ.
