By way of present petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.PC., the petitioner seek setting aside of the order dated 21.11.2022 passed by the learned ASJ (SFTC) Dwarka Courts, New Delhi in an appeal being CA No.193/2022 vide which the order dated 25.05.2022 passed by learned MM (Mahila Court-05), South West, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi in Ct. Case No.421/21 titled 'Reema Singh vs Santosh Kumar', granting interim maintenance @ Rs.8,000 p.m. was upheld. 2.
During the course of proceedings, it is informed that the proceedings before Mahila Court are at the stage of recording of defence evidence. 3.
Considering that the impugned order pertains to grant of interim maintenance only, the petition is disposed of with the direction that learned Mahila Court shall make an endeavour to conclude the proceedings expeditiously.

Further in case, at conclusion of the trial, the learned Mahila Court reaches a conclusion that a different amount is to be granted towards maintenance, it would be empowered to grant appropriate adjustments either way.
