The applicant/accused herein seeks grant of bail in case arising out of FIR No. 610/2025 dated 07.09.2025, registered at P.S. Bhalswa Dairy, for the commission of offences under Sections 132/221/110/121/3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding Sections 353/186/308/332/34 IPC). 2.

Learned counsel for petitioner also seeks the concession of bail on the ground of parity with co-accused-Jabid, who happens to be real brother of the petitioner herein, and has been enlarged on bail by this Court on 09.01.2026 in BAIL APPLN No.73/2026.

their father-Islam. Even Mr. Islam is stated to be on bail. 4.

The accused-Jabid was driving a vehicle and, upon being signaled to stop by the traffic police officials for not using the seat belt, he, instead accelerated the car and thereafter stopped at some distance. Later, when he was asked to show his driving license, he started abusing traffic police officials and was later joined by his brother and father. The concerned traffic officials were assaulted, resulting in injuries to them. 5.

The injuries were, admittedly, simple in nature, and the injured were discharged after primary medical aid.

The petitioner was arrested on 12.09.2025 and is reported to have no previous antecedents of any nature, whatsoever. 7.

The charge-sheet has already been filed before the learned Trial Court. 8.

keeping in mind the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond and surety bond in a sum of Rs. 25,000/- each subject to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court/Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Judicial Magistrate First Class. 9.

The application stands disposed of in aforesaid terms. 10.

A copy of this Order be immediately sent to the learned Trial Court and Jail Superintendent for information and necessary compliance.
