The present application under Sections 151/152 of the CPC seeks following prayers:- "a) Issue a correction to Para 19 of the Order dt. 24.5.2024 and include the name of Justice SN Jha as FCI's nominee arbitrator in OMP (T)(Comm) No 3 of 2024.; and b) pass such other and further order/ orders as are deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents accepts notice and fairly does not oppose the present application. 6.

It is further pointed out that the name of the Nominee Arbitrator of the Respondents in para 19 of the aforesaid order has been misspelled and the same should be spelled as "Dr. Ashwinie Kumar Bansal". 7.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has no objection with regard to the said correction in the spelling as pointed out hereinabove. 8.

In view of the above, the present application is allowed. 9.

Para 1 9 of the order dated 24.05.2024 is modified to include name of Justice S.N. Jha (Retd.) as the Nominee Arbitrator of FCI in O.M.P.(T) (COMM) 3/2024 and the correction in the name of nominee arbitrator of the Respondents as mentioned hereinabove.

With the above directions the present application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
