Fresh petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator by six months. 2.
Learned counsel for the defendants on advance Notice accepts Notice of the petition.

It is stated that the learned Arbitrator was appointed by the Order dated 31.05.2021. The parties with mutual consent extended the mandate by six months on 12.05.2023.
Now a further extension is sought by six months.

Considering the submissions made, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended by six months from the date the mandate expired.
