At the very outset, it has been apprised by the parties that the impugned decree was challenged by other defendants by filing a Regular First Appeal (RFA) which was registered as RFA No. 556/2023 and during the pendency of the above said RFA, the parties have reached amicable settlement. 2.

It is submitted that the appellant herein is one Mr. Ravinder Pal Singh and since he had moved an application seeking permission to file the appeal as an indigent person, the RFA in question, which is yet not registered, has not been placed before the Roster Bench.

Be that as it may, learned counsel for petitioner submits that since the grievance of the petitioner herein has also been adequately taken care of by virtue of the aforesaid settlement, the petitioner does not wish to continue with the present petition.

Resultantly, the present petition is hereby disposed of as not pressed. 5.
