Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that a settlement has been entered into between the parties and three cheques have been issued by the Respondent in favour of the Petitioner in satisfaction of the amount payable by the Respondent to the Petitioner. It is stated that two cheques have already been encashed by the Petitioner.

In view of the above, this petition is being disposed of on the ground of settlement entered into between the parties. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.

Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to approach this Court by filing a petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, in case the third cheque issued by the Respondent in favour of the Petitioner is dishonoured for any reason.
