Present

application has been filed by the Petitioner seeking impleadment of proposed Respondents No. 2 to Respondent No. 8 in the present writ petition.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that in order to monitor the compliance of the order dated 16th February, 2024 passed by this Court it is imperative to implead the Department of Telecommunication, Government of India as a party to the present petition. He further states that the proposed Respondents No. 3 to Respondents No. 8 are essentially the major service providers in the country and they provide internet and telecommunication The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. services across India. He contends that without their presence the order dated 16th February, 2024 cannot be given effect to. 3.

The present writ petition had been disposed of vide order dated 10th January, 2024 with a direction to the Nodal Officer of the Ministry of Home Affairs to decide the petitioner's representation dated 30th December, 2023. 4.

Admittedly, the said representation has been decided on 16th February, 2024.

Consequently, no further orders are called for in the pending applications. Accordingly, the same stand disposed of and the applications are dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law for implementation/execution of the order dated 16th February, 2024.

The next date of hearing i.e. 12th July, 2024 stands cancelled.
