This is an application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking withdrawal of the present petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the inter se disputes between the parties have been resolved under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, vide the Settlement Agreement dated 29.04.2026, and the Suit bearing no. CS(COMM) 17/2026 is decreed and disposed of vide the order dated 08.05.2026. In terms of the Settlement Agreement, the present petition would stand infructuous. He states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. 3.
