The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR bearing no. 0396/2019 under Sections 186/353/332/34 of the IPC registered with PS Sagar Pur and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed.

The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent no.2. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and he is identified by the Investigating Officer. He states that at the time of the incident, he was an employee of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi and has obtained permission for withdrawal of the FIR in question.

He states that he has resolved all his disputes and differences with the petitioners and has no grievance against them. He joins the petitioners in praying that the FIR in question be quashed.

The petitioners are present in Court and are identified by their counsel. They state that they have no grievances against respondent no.2 and have settled all their disputes and differences with respondent no.2.

The petitioners volunteer that they shall pay costs of ₹10,000/- each, to the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of two weeks from today.

In view of the statements made by the parties, this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition.

Accordingly, FIR bearing no.
0396/2019 under Sections 186/353/332/34 of the IPC registered with PS Sagar Pur and all other proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed. 8.
This is subject to the petitioners depositing an aggregate sum of ₹20,000/- with the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee and filing proof of such deposit with the Registry of this Court within a period of two weeks from today.

The Registry is directed to list the present petition in case the aforesaid costs, as directed, are not deposited. 10.
The concerned parties shall sign this order as an acknowledgement of their statements recorded herein.
