The present Petition has been filed under Section 115 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ('CPC') passed by Ld. ADJ, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi [hereinafter referred to as 'Impugned Order']. By the Impugned Order, an Application under Order VII Rule 11 of CPC filed by the Petitioner (Defendant before the learned Trial Court) has been dismissed. 2.

After some arguments, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions from Mr. Amit Singh, AGM (Legal), seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to agitate all grounds raised in the present Petition before the learned Trial Court. 3.

The liberty as sought for is granted.
