"(i) pass appropriate writ of mandamus or any other writ or direction or order under the facts and circumstance of the case thereby directing the respondent no. 1 to 2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners.

(ii) This Hon'ble Court may be further please to pass any other further orders or directions deemed necessary under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition on account of the fact that family members of the petitioners have reconciled to the marriage. 4.
