The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, assailing the order dated 27th November, 2025 (hereinafter, 'impugned order') passed by the Delhi Cooperative Tribunal (hereinafter, 'DCT'). 3.

Vide the impugned order, the following directions have been passed: "Quorum is not complete.

File taken up on an application for early hearing. Reference is made to communications dated 30.12.2024, 10.02.2025 & 15.05.2025 to seek early hearing. Apparently, all the communications are prior to last date of hearing, i.e. 20.11.2025 and also prior to filing The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. of the appeal, i.e. 17.09.2025.

There is absolutely no justification in seeking early hearing. The application is mischievous and totally misconceived. The application is therefore, dismissed with costs of Rs. 5,000/- payable to PM Relief Fund, with intimation to appellant's employer. The receipt be placed on record on the next date of hearing. Now to come up on the date already fixed, i.e. 13.01.2026." 4.

In terms of the above, the matter is listed before the DCT today. Hence, this Court does not deem it appropriate to entertain the present petition. 5.

Accordingly, the Petitioner is at liberty to approach the DCT and seek appropriate orders in accordance with law.
