% 14.04.2021 The appeal has been heard by way of video conferencing. CM APPLs. 29686/2019 Present application has been filed by the appellants seeking directions to the respondents to deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,00,000/- with the Registrar-General of this Court pending compliance by the respondents of their undertakings and obligations as recorded in paragraphs 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 of the judgment dated 01st May, 2019. While this Court was in the midst of dictating the order, Mr. Nakul Jain, Advocate on behalf of himself and other respondents assures and undertakes to this Court that 'Verdun' house situated at Mall Road, Mussoorie, Uttarakhand shall be transferred by the respondents in favour of the appellants by executing appropriate legal documents as requested by the appellants within a week. The statement/assurance/undertaking

given by Mr. Nakul Jain on behalf of himself and other respondents, including his mother are taken on record and they are held bound by the same.
