1. The original medical record has been produced. It is seen that the Petitioner's first medical examination took place on 16th November, 2019 when he was found unfit on two counts i.e. 'Cubitus Recurvatum B' and 'Bifid Urethral Meatus'.

2. In the review medical examination held on 25th November 2019, he continued to be found unfit for one of the above counts i.e. 'Bifid Urethral Meatus'.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner produced a copy of medical report issued subsequently by the Senior Resident Urologist at the Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, stating that the Petitioner was normal.

4. The Court is unable to be persuaded in light of the concurrent opinion of the initial medical examination and the review medical board on the Petitioner's unfitness.

5. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
