The present petition has been filed filed seeking quashing of the ECIR/DLZO-II/39/2021/670.

The learned counsel for the respondent / ED, on instructions, submits that the competent authority of the Directorate of Enforcement has accorded approval for filing closure report in the present matter before the Jurisdictional Special Court in terms of proviso to Section 44(1)(b) of PMLA, 2002. The statement of the learned counsel is taken on record. 3.

In view of the statement, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition with liberty to revive the same, if The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
