% 22.11.2019 CM APPL No.50351/2019 This is an application under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC for bring the settlement so arrived at between the parties on record. It is stated the matter has been amicably settled between the parties in terms of paras 3, 4 and 5 of this application and in lieu thereof the respondent has handed over a demand draft dated 15.11.2019 amounting 50.00 lacs to the appellant in settlement of all her claims. The appellants are present in person and have accepted the said demand draft.

In the circumstances nothing survives in this appeal, hence stands disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stands disposed of.
