The matter is taken up today as 05.02.2025 was declared a holiday on account of General Elections, 2025 in Legislative Assembly of NCT of Delhi.

The present petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 364/2024 under Sections 80(2)/85/3(5) BNS registered at Police Station Pul Prahladpur. 3.

Notice was issued in the present petition on 14.01.2025 with a direction to the State to file its Status Report. The Status Report has been handed over at Bar, the same is taken on record. 4.

Further, interim protection was also granted to the petitioner subject to her joining investigation as and when directed by the I.O concerned. 5.

On a query posed by the Court, the learned APP, on instructions from the I.O, states that the petitioner has joined investigation twice. submits that the custody of the petitioner is not required. 6.

In view of the above, it is directed that in the event of petitioner's arrest, she be released on bail subject to her furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- and a surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer / Arresting Officer and further subject to the following conditions that:- (i) Petitioner shall join investigation as and when directed by the I.O concerned.

(ii) Petitioner shall not influence the witnesses in any manner or try to contact the complainant or tamper with the evidence. 7.

The petition stands disposed of.
