This is an application seeking withdrawal of the present bail application.

Learned counsel or the petitioner submits that the testimony of the victim has been recorded and she has not supported the case of the prosecution, therefore, the present petition is being withdrawn with liberty to approach the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge. 3.
