The present appeal has been filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, seeking setting aside of the Order dated 16.12.2025, passed by the learned Judge, Family Court-01, South East District, Saket Courts, in Guardianship Petition being GP No.13/2025 titled as Deepak Gupta v. Pavni Kapur.
