The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents no.1 to 4, to pass orders for sealing/ demolition of the unauthorised construction being carried out by the respondent no.5 at properties bearing no. 112, Pocket B-7, Sector-4, Rohini and 113, Pocket B7, Sector-4, Rohini, Delhi (hereinafter 'subject properties'). 2.

It is stated that the house of the petitioners is right next to the subject properties, where unauthorised construction is taking place. 3.

In the order passed by this Court on 9th March, 2026, an application being CM APPL. 13965/2026 filed on behalf of one Mr. Pawan Kumar, who is claiming to be the owner of the subject properties, was disposed of W.P.(C) 390/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. granting him time to approach the Appellate Tribunal, MCD (ATMCD) and directing that no coercive steps shall be taken for a period of two (2) weeks. 4.

In view of the aforesaid direction passed on 9th March, 2026, counsel for the petitioners does not press this writ petition. 5.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 6.

The pending application stands disposed of.
