By way of the present application, the applicant seeks restoration of the bail application which came to be dismissed in default vide order dated 27.08.2024.

Learned APP for the State submits that the eyewitnesses are yet to be fully examined.

At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file the same afresh as and when the eyewitnesses are examined.
