% 11.01.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction to initiate contempt proceedings against contemnor / respondents in not complying the order dated 30.11.2018 passed in W.P.(C) No. 12920/2018.

Vide the aforesaid order, this Court directed the respondent no.5 therein not to disturb the services of the petitioner. As stated by counsel for the petitioner, the respondent no.5 therein and respondent no.2 herein has discontinued the services of the petitioner in violation of the directions passed by this Court. A show cause notice be issued against respondent no.2 as to why the contempt proceedings may not be initiated against him. I hereby made clear that if the order dated 30.11.2018 is not complied before the next date of hearing, the respondent no.2 shall file counter affidavit to this effect and shall also personally remain present on the

next date of hearing.
