The present joint application has been filed on behalf of the Appellant and the Respondent under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking disposal of the Appeal as well as the Cross Objections in terms of the Settlement Agreement executed between the parties on 06.11.2025. 2.

The parties, along with their respective counsel, are present in Court. During the course of hearing, the original Deed of Settlement has been handed over across the Bar. The same is taken on record and marked as Mark C-1.
