% 29.01.2019 Notice could not be issued for want of process fee. Mr. Lao, Additional Standing Counsel for the State refers to the Status Report dated 28.01.2019 and submits that the petitioner only wants expeditious investigation in the FIR registered on her complaint against respondent Nos. 2 to 8. He further submits that 8 FIRs are to be reckoned with; charge sheets have been filed in four cases i.e. FIR Nos. 771/2015, 700/2016, 785/2016 and 783/2016 and 'Untraced Report' have been filed in FIR Nos. 1711/2014 and 817/2016. Regarding FIR Nos. 530/2016 and 654/2016, it is stated that both are registered at P.S. Shakarpur and investigations are underway and the results thereof will be placed before the Courts concerned within two months.

In the circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner does

not press the petition any further. It is accordingly disposed off in terms of the above.
