For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.

The conditions 'b' and 'd' in para 30 of the judgment dated 08.07.2024 are directed to be read as under: "b.

The applicant under no circumstance shall leave the boundaries of the city he would be residing in without informing the concerned local Officer of NCB, Kolkata;

d.

The applicant shall, after his release, appear before the concerned Officer of NCB, Kolkata, once in every week;"
