The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the respondent to release the petitioner on parole for executing a conveyance deed in respect of his property - property bearing House No. 434, Pocket-II, Janta Flat, Paschim Puri, New Delhi-110063. 2.
The petitioner states that the said property had devolved on him and his other siblings and all of them had decided to sell the property. An Agreement to Sell in this regard was entered into, which obliges the vendors to execute the conveyance by 31.01.2020.

The reason given by the petitioner for parole has been verified. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also states that he would not use any physical force against any person including his son and he would
persuade his son to shift to another house which is owned by him. 5.
In view of the above, this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition.
