1. Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. W.P.(C) 212/2019

2. This is not the first time that the Petitioner is approaching the Court for the following relief:- "(a) Direct the respondents to admit the request letter dated 2l. 10.2018 of the petitioner, and grant him Ex-Post-Facto Hony Commission on active list on Republic Day and Independence Day 2012."

3. From the narration in the petition it is seen that the Petitioner has already had several rounds of litigation before this Court, the Supreme Court and even the Armed Forces Tribunal. By sending a fresh legal notice dated 21st October 2018 to the Respondents, the Petitioner is seeking to commence yet another round of litigation on the same issue.

4. In the circumstances, the Court is not inclined to entertain one more petition seeking the same relief. The petition is dismissed. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
