Learned counsel for respondents appears on advance notice. 2.

In terms of the directions contained in order dated 05.03.2015 passed by learned Division Bench of this Court, the respondents were directed to do the needful within a period of eight weeks. 3.

It is apprised that the Hon'ble Supreme Court has dismissed the Special Leave Petition (SLP) filed by the respondents on 12.12.2024. 4.

Since SLP has been dismissed on 12.12.2024 only, it is submitted that the respondents require time to do the needful, while also supplementing that the respondents shall keep in mind the timeline, initially, given by learned Division Bench of this Court. 5.
