% 23.12.2019 Petitioner No.1 is a senior citizen and petitioner No.2 is his ailing wife, who are apprehending threat to their lives at the hands of respondents No.3 to 10, who are said to be husband, parents and relatives of their daughter, as she is said to have lodged a complaint against them on 5th December, 2019.

Upon notice, counsel appearing for respondent/State submits that protection required will be provided to the petitioners. Mr. S.S.Hooda, Advocate, appearing on behalf of respondents No.3 and 5 to 9 submit that they have never extended threat to petitioners and there is no question of doing so in future. W.P.(CRL) 3570/2019

Let Mobile number of Beat Constable, Division Officer as well as SHO be provided to the petitioners forthwith so that in case of an exigency, petitioners can contact the concerned officials. In view of above, learned counsel for petitioners does not press this petition.

This petition and application stand disposed of as not pressed accordingly.
