The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC seeking cancellation of bail in connection with FIR No.905/2023 under Sections 376/377/506 IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Samaypur Badli.

However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is more interested in the expeditious trial of the case and accordingly, confines his prayer to the direction for the expeditious trial and does not press for cancellation of bail.

The learned APP, on instructions from the I.O, who is present in Court, submits that the charge sheet has been filed. 4.

Having regard to the nature of offence involved, the learned Trial court is requested to expedite the proceedings arising out of aforesaid FIR. 5.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
