By virtue of the present bail application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks grant of interim bail in proceedings arising out of FIR No.492/2025 dated 06.07.2025 registered under Section 64(1)/351(2)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 4/17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO), at PS.: Shahbad Dairy, Delhi. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to approach, if, as and when required.

Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
