O R D E R

% 05.01.2018 It is submitted that petitioner no.1 (husband) and respondent no.2 (wife) have started living together since 26th May, 2017 after resolving their difference vide Compromise Deed dated 25th May, 2017, therefore, FIR No. 350/16 under Sections 498A/377/34 IPC and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 registered at police station Jafrabad may be quashed. Respondent no.2 is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Manoj Kumar of police station Jafrabad. Respondent no.2 submits that she is living with the petitioner no.1 since 26th May, 2017 after resolving her differences with him. She has no objection in case FIR is quashed against the petitioners.

Keeping in view that husband and wife have started living together

and wife has no objection in quashing of the FIR, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
