% 17.02.2020 The matter is settled per order dated 14.10.2019. The appellant was to pay Rs.28 lacs as full and final settlement of all claims of the respondent pertaining to this case. A sum of Rs.10 lacs was paid per a Pay Order handed over to the respondent on 23.10.2019. The balance of Rs.18 lacs was payable on 14.02.2020 which is stated to have been paid vide Pay Order dated 22.01.2020 bearing No.528051 drawn on ICICI Bank, Delhi-6 in favour of Nemat Sara King. Nothing remains in the appeal as the matter stands settled.

In the circumstances, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. The claim of the respondent stands satisfied pertaining to

the dispute relating to this lis.

No order as to costs.
