The limited relief being claimed in the present petition is for the direction to the Trial Court for expeditious disposal of the application under Order XXXIX Rule 2A CPC filed in Civil Suit No. 1951/2016, titled as, "Santosh Kumari & Anr. vs. Gulab Singh & ors", pending before the Court of learned ADJ-4, East District, Karkardooma Courts. 2.

Learned counsel submits that the said application is pending since 2013 but is not being disposed of.
