In view of the observations made in the impugned order with reference to the para 18 of the plaint, there is no merit in the prayer. The petition is declined despite the contentions raised on behalf of the petitioner that the invoice at page no. 74 along with the petition indicates that the work order was placed at Kolkata in view of the specific averments made in the plaint.
