1. This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner has been appointed as a Short Service Commission Officer. She, therefore, has instructions not to press the present petition any further.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to this request.
4. In the light of the aforesaid, the application is allowed and the writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed making it clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the grounds raised by the petitioner.
